We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our innovative, heavy civil construction projects onsite. Our projects have unique features that require creative thinking, detailed planning, willingness to utilize new technology and a variety of construction expertise. Our projects work rotations of 14 on/ 7 days off, 9 days on/ 5 days off and occasionally Monday thru Friday. Relocation is NOT required. Superintendents with OCCI receive excellent pay, benefits, company vehicle and an opportunity to build a variety of amazing infrastructure projects.

Equipment Shop Laborer
Fulton, MO
OCCI is seeking a motivated individual to join our equipment shop team located at our home office. This position is responsible for incoming and outgoing shipments of heavy construction equipment, preparing materials and tools for shipment to our project job sites as well as organization of the shop, and overall housekeeping. If you enjoy working with and learning about tools, equipment and seek a position where you are outside, moving around and enjoy a variety of tasks, this position is for you. Great pay, benefits, PTO and a 4x10 work shift are included.

An ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, previous experience loading trucks, and excellent organizational skills.
