OCCI maintains a staff of Professional Engineers, Certified Weld Inspectors, an in-house drafting department with 3D modeling capability, in-house Level II NDT personnel and other necessary support staff. OCCI employs a skilled field crew, a staff of superintendents/assistant superintendents with an average of over 15 years of experience each and field engineers.

OCCI is known for our innovative approach with construction techniques and engineering, solutions based problem solving and which results in high quality finished products. The original founders of the company are still active in the day-to-day operations of the company including estimating, project planning and work method development, quality and safety program implementation and overall client satisfaction.

OCCI also owns Missouri Fabricators which was started 18 years ago by the OCCI principles. Missouri Fabricators is a division of OCCI, Inc. and an AISC Certified shop with Advanced Bridge Certification along with Fracture Critical Endorsement and Sophisticated Paint Endorsement. This gives OCCI a tremendous depth of expertise and resources to perform and control the schedule and work quality associated steel fabricated items necessary to successfully execute complex projects.
